Parent & Baby/Toddler Time!

These sessions are dedicated to children under the age of 5 years old, who must be supervised at all times.

Parents, carers and supervisors are allowed in for free during their visit on specific sessions*. Anyone entering the inflatable must wear a pair of Buzz Hygiene Socks, which can be purchased from reception.

Please be aware that although we do have park monitors within the area, it is your responsibility to look after your baby bee during their visit.

*A maximum of 2 free adults per paying entrant.

All Bouncers must wear a pair of Buzz Hygiene Socks. These can be purchased at reception when you arrive at the centre!  This is a requirement, allowing the facility to stay clean and hygienic for all users (for those little bees who have not yet mastered their feet, socks are not required). For exclusively hired sessions,  participant socks will be charged at our standard rate.

We recommend wearing comfortable, long sports clothing. Please remove all sharp objects from your person, such as belts, buckles and Jewellery. The surface is plastic so there is an increased risk of friction burns so please take this into consideration when choosing what to wear!

Yes of course! We have a seated area just outside the main facility for spectators to relax and enjoy refreshments from our onsite cafe. In this seated area we have a large screen which cycles through our cameras, allowing you to view your loved ones bouncing their little hearts out!

Yes! All bouncers must book in advance. This can be done here on our website. All bouncers are required complete an online acknowledgement of risk form before they are permitted to enter the area. No Sign, No Bounce!
